Indigenous engagement services
- Developing and implementing strategies, including stakeholder mapping, for engaging with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander residents, organisations, and communities to fulfill the needs of infrastructure projects
- developing strategic partnerships with First Nations communities
- development of collateral required to inform the community, such as newsletters, notifications, fact sheets, project updates, website content, media releases, social media releases
- assess existing Indigenous engagement strategies and activities, to identify improvements that could be made to your engagement.
- Consultation and analysis activities to inform strategies and reports
- assistance in the development and implementation of Reconciliation Action Plans
- Connecting with Country Reports (including required engagement activities)
- event organisation and management to mark milestones or celebrate cultural days of significance with your team or external events for clients, the media or dignitaries.
